Our pricing includes complimentary beverages, internet & a shared desk for you. If you need to have some food, then yes, you will have to pay extra, Or If you invite a non moffee member, then you might have to spend more.

Prepaid plans come with a validity period to encourge your use of the platform in return of the discount offered. They will expire within the given time regardless of your usage patterns. Nonetheless, they have been formulated keeping in mind that if you stay mobile and continuing increasing your prodictivity; you might have to load it before the expiry.

We love simplicity, so the moment you check-in through the app and the server verifies the QR Code, you are in. To close your timer, just ask to the server to help you check out through the QR code on your app. That's it!!

No, our minutes are only for use of space with the partner and other supplementing services. Your minutes can not be carried forward or redeemed in any other way.
Don't forget that your coffee or tea is complimentary with your membership.

We understand that you might want to share the space with your clients, friends & colleagues. Therefore, incase you have a prepaid plan, then you will be allowed to temporarily add them as your guest and help them provide the same experience that you already love.
Please note that when you add them then you need to do the add them to the check-in and check them out as you will be using your prepaid balance for them.

Our model works around creating drop-in spaces for your ease and mobility. No seat can be reserved in advance for providing a fair chance to all that walk-in. You too should check the partner's list to see if they are accepting walk-in and if they are not 100% occupied.

We knew that would be your concern. Therefore, we leverage the check-in, check-out structure to allow people to reduce the inventory when they check-in and increase the available inventory when they check-out. Some people call it being smart, we see it as 'for the community, by the community'.

We all are prone to such a mistake, but thankfully the cost isn't much. Our systems are designed to check-out every member and settle their balances at the time of closure of day for moffee members at a given partner.
Say you left at 5PM without checking out, and the place acts a pop up worksapce till 6PM, then you would automatically be checked-out at 6PM and because no one else could use your place for that hour, you shall be liable for costs per minute for that period. Quite fair right?
